Worst customer service ever!!!!!! No one should purchase at the San Jose -Californina store, they were quick to take my order and my money but they do not take my calls about the status of my order.

Not only that, I was told to call corporate and corporate told me to call back the SJ store; in summary, I've been given the round around. My husband and I are repeat customers, we have not complains about our designer Polin (who is no longer at the store) but the administrative handling and follow up of the orders. Worst experience ever!!!!!

Even the receptionist got edgy when I tried reach a live person and not a voicemail. Everyone should stay away form this store.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
