Contacted customer service to ask about power source to Conner recliners was texting back and fourth with customer service rep ( Susie) sent over recite from furniture we bought ($15,000 ) worth still no response. They are the worst don't buy anything from them, they closed the store in Fresno and gave me some story it wasn't corporate it wasFranchise who cares the name Ethan Allen is suppose to be good, it's junk. We saved all e-Mails with Susie and my has sent many more to her with no response, only way these people will get it is when the public stops paying these stupid prices and have to wait 6 go 8 weeks for there junk
