Total lack of customer service

An expensive 3 piece sectional sofa was purchased and delivered from Ethan Allen as promised. The foam used for one of the seat cushions was of less density than the other cushions. So much less that when the average person sat on it, they could use the cushions next to them for arm rests! Several customer service representatives have inspected the cushion and agree but 4 months later and two new cushions has not resolved the problem and Ethan Allen customer service and sales person don't seem to care and won't return calls. Will never buy from them again.
