Ethan Allen complaint
I bought a very expensive arm chair covered in a fabric that the designer suggested.

When it arrived I noticed that the threads were very loose (not shown to me in the sample fabric) in some areas.

I called the store to complain that the fabric was not appropriate for a chair because it would snag very easily. Also, the seams on the piping were already unraveling and you could see the white cord underneath.

Company sent out a man to take pictures. After a 3 weeks I called them to see what was taking so long. They told me they couldn't fix it becuase I didn't like the fabric color!

I explained again that I loved the fabric, it just wasn't appropriate for the chair and they did not make me aware of that before I purchased it.

After a few more weeks of my calling with no help, my husband took the chair to the store and dropped it off. They agreed to fix it but I had to cancel my warranty. POOR SERVICE and WORKMANSHIP!!!
